A Deeper Well

Daniel Lanois is an artist who never ceases to impress me. Thus it's odd that I don't stay current on his projects. Tonight I stumbled across his work with Emmylou Harris. The song Deeper Well has quickly become a favorite of mine. It reminds me of Texas for some reason. We don't get much rain here in SoCal during the summer so I'm going to have to look really hard to find my deeper well.

i'm so bad, i'm taking a break from designing yet another book cover. i wanted to show you my new purple hair, i've already been called an anime girl, which is frightening to say the least!

Swimming at the beach is sort of a spectator sport these days. Happily, I believe the biohazard danger of raw sewage in the surf has passed — but I'm not 100% sure on that one.

Yes, MSLs (Mutilated Sea Lions) are always hot.

On the news tonight they reassured us that most of the Great White Sharks here were only 5-7 feet and went north to feed once they reached about 10 feet.
